"My Mouse" PowerPoints
The students read the book, The Mouse and the
Motorcycle. They did research on the habits of pet mice and on the best way to keep a pet mouse. What
are the proper things to feed a mouse? What type of cage should they live in, and what do they need to be kept healthy?
Then the students pretended to go shopping on petstore websites to buy the things needed to keep their pretend
pet mouse happy and healthy. For the last step, the students created a PowerPoint telling about their "pet mouse".
